POSITION DUTIES:
-Supervise and coordinate activities involving sales of electronic and mechanical parts, products, services, and related items; -Assist in solving any customer complaints and needs regarding sales and services provided; - Review operational Key Performance Indicator records and reports to analyze income, expenses and profit; -Determine estimates and prices for discounts, products and services provided; - Analyze customer preferences to improve sales efforts; -Assist, support and coordinate activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and delivery and pick up operations/logistics/supply chain; -Consult with department general managers and CEO to plan advertising services, products and secure leads and customer preferences; -Deal with potential customers regarding electronic and mechanical equipment needs and assist customers on types of equipment to purchase; -Manage leads through CRM (Customer Relations Management) software to increase sales by engaging new or existing customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Finance or related.
