Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final 30 days after the payment has been taken.
• Special orders cannot be canceled or returned after the payment has been taken.
• Prices shown are final. If there are any errors, it will be corrected and we will communicate to the customers via phone or email

• Items must be unopened and in resellable condition to be eligible for return.
• Products have a limited manufacturer warranty
• Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.
• Most products are covered under manufacturer warranty
• All products need to be registered under manufacturer warranty
• Returns approved will have a 35% restocking fee.
• Refund will take 3 to 7 business days after the return has been approved
• Since we provide free shipping on all new orders, any approved returns will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund. This deduction is in addition to any applicable restocking fee.
• No Restocking Fee due to defective or incorrect merchandises shipped
• Special Orders (merchandises we do not regularly carry) are not returnable and some exceptions will require a 35% restocking fee
• Return shipping for warranty claims is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved.
